Banimon: October Drop in 2019?

Things have been quiet on Planet Banimon for quite some time, but Boris teases a new release around October.  Future Plans highlights that this may well also be the last Banimon PVC drop, which is a pity as those little army men have been a delight over the years.
You can find some older figures and a tank in the Planet Banimon Shop, and get while the getting is good.

Toy Pizza Knights of the Slice Drop - Device Ninjas Monday

A bunch of Toy Pizza-related items have been showing up on Instagram and eBay.  New Mikros from the pre-order are being delivered.  New Desert Rats are now in BAT colors.  Device Ninjas are making their debut.

But the biggest surprise appeared on eBay on Saturday when I saw a Toy Pizza-themed Regen Capsule modeled after the old Microman capsules.  I was told via Twitter to "be patient" so maybe we'll see more in various colors Monday.  I hope so, anyway.  Should be an interesting release!

Onell Design Drop Thursday, June 13!

Glyos Spaced Out Design Geodraxus - Purple, Granite, and Clear

We missed news of the initial launch, but you might still be able to get some! The Geodraxus Grannikor and Geodraxus Stealth are now available in the Spaced Out Design shop.  I liked the clear purple, but it's gone, and the speckled granite looks particularly cool - I believe it may be a first for Glyos toys.  We'll have a review as soon as possible!

Review: Onell Design Glyos Searsden

While a little darker than my original Kenner Sears Snaggletooth figures, the 2 3/4-inch Searsden looks like a distant cousin. The skin is lighter, the boots are silver, there's some red, the silver buckle is there on the belt, it has what it needs to have.

REVIEW: Onell Design Glyos Mutant Evolver Pheyaos Hyper Mordireus Fusion

If the 2 3/4-inch Mutant Evolver Pheyaos Hyper Mordireus Fusion looks familiar, it should! Onell Design and RealxHead have been conspiring together on figures for years, most of which sell out in 30 seconds and I've never really had a shot at them. The default head matches Pheyaos Mini and Pheyaos Man, with an all-new Glyos-compatible body that really does match the style of the RealxHead soft vinyl figures you missed and can't afford. A bonus face on the back of the head looks a little bit like the Chaos Trooper, but what truly amazed me was the color match of the plastic. If memory serves the first Mordireus Pink figures were sold in the December 12, 2012 drop with the likes of Sarvos and Crayboth and again in September 2013 with Noboto and Gobon.

New Drop - Toy Pizza Testudo Knight!

The new Testudo Knight joins a couple of blank Material Boy figures and a had/pizza slicer set at the Toy Pizza shop.  If you need more Knights of the Slice, this TMNT-esque one is a keeper.

Review: Toy Pizza Mikros Set BLT Version Action Figures

I was very excited to get the Mikros Set BLT Version from Toy Pizza. Micronauts have been an influence on Onell Design and Glyos figures for years, and we've seen tributes both subtle and overt. This may be the most overt. Jesse DeStasio and friends took the classic Knights of the Slice figure, cast it in clear, painted the hands and feet white, added a chest tampo, and painted the heads silver. It turned out nicely - and I'm a little surprised we didn't see one of the other 3 3/4-inch The Other Space Men or Power Lords or other collections do it a few years ago. Now that they're here, it's worth noting they sold out very quickly and a second wave went up for pre-order about a week after for August delivery. That window is also now closed.
