 Manglors and Mordles and Eggs, oh my!  The proto deco is here, but so is the purple Dactylian flavor! Review: Toy Pizza Noir Knight and Apotheosis Capsule Set

I waited probably too long to get the Noir Knight and Apotheosis Capsule Set too. I got it at New York Comic Con in 2019 while shuffling around before the opening of the last fan event I've been to since the whole thing went down in 2020 - and I'm not sure why I waited but I think I may have misplaced a few parts for a while. That's why you review thing quickly, kids. The mold of the figure was new to me, and I couldn't resist getting a Batman-flavored armored guy along with a shiny gold case that reminded me of the old C-3PO Carry Case. What a deal!

Healey Made New Raider on Saturday 5/27

Coming Saturday at 2:00 PM Eastern, it's a new Raider!  May the 27th be with you.   It was on the Healey Made Instagram's stories section and those evaporate.  But this is what the picture looked like.  I assume it's going to be a Shadow Raider Redux, as it was teased previously, but we'll see for sure soon.

Review: Outer Space Men Cosmic Radiation Astrodite Action Figure

I love glow figures, but too much of a good thing is possible. Cosmic Radiation Astrodite stayed in her baggie since I got her in 2018! White Star is still bagged, but I opened Astrodite Infinity Edition [FOTD #2,025] immediately. She's good! But the allure of repaints diminishes as time goes on - especially when it's a repaint of a figure you have to look like another figure you have. I'd love to see more variations on this mold, and while glow is exactly the kind of thing I want (and bought) she's just another glowing figure on a shelf of glowing figures. Excellent, but not special.

Review: Onell Design Glyos Pheyden Bio Phantom Action Figure

Clear white? Why not! Pheyden Bio Phantom is a color of plastic we don't see in toys very much. We've had milky blue Game Boy Advance systems and all sorts of clear colorless plastic, but other than Ahsoka's white lightsabers I have a hard time pointing to other action figures using this unique color. Pheyaos, Glyans, and Manglord figures were also released in these colors - plus some appropriate accessories.

Review: Healey Made Trooper (Shadow) Action Figure

The latest! Trooper (Shadow) should look familiar - it takes the Trooper (Bulloch) [FOTD #2,502] from a few months ago, and applies the Raider (Shadow) [FOTD #2,157] deco from way back in 2019. You know it's exciting because this figure sold out quickly, but it came with a warning - two more Shadow figures are coming soon! Healey confirmed on Instagram that Shadow Raider version 2 is coming, along with a Shadow Assassin. The Shadow Raider will have some minor paint modifications, while the Shadow Assassin is alll-new - the Assassin (R-Complex) [FOTD #2,334] from 2021 is similar, but not identical. It looks like all four Shadow figures can easily swap parts so you can mix and match new figures, if you had the foresight to buy them all.

Indie fans take note: Healey Made is doing something, so says this Instagram post.  Reissues of existing Star Wars-flavored figures are promised as well as some vinyl stuff, all at 12:00 PM on May 4. Because someone thought of a pun 15 years ago and everybody crowned him king.
