There are more Kenner Star Wars cantina alien tributes to do, and now Onell Design gives us Hammerden.
Referencing Kenner's Hammerhead figure almost exactly how I imagined
it - with option parts I did not - Onell Design shows just how much they
get it by ensuring their tribute replicated the side eyes of the
original 1979 action figure.
Expectations are worth a lot. I haven't played Fallout as I am an old, cranky gamer but I know it's popular and the Nuka T-51 Power Armor
stood out as interesting on so many levels. It's a mass-produced,
at-retail, Glyos-compatible figure sold in a box for $10. In and of
itself, that's amazing - costs have been rising so a 3 3/4-inch scale
Glyos figure with a weapon at this price is an absolute bargain. On top
of that, it's licensed and has a lot of painted details - for Glyos
fans, that's amazing! However, if you look at the picture on GameStop's page
you will note the final product lacks several details. Compared to a
run-of-the-mill Glyos figure, it's impressive. Compared to the promised
image, it's not. As a fan of interesting toys, for the price, it's a
gem.

Returning to "TMNG," Onell Design surprised the heck out of me with Traveler Suraisu.
A swirly green color knocks my socks off, with the various pads and
bits coming in at a perfect brown. The torso works our perfectly as a
shell, making this the only ninja Glyos figure you simply must have.
The long-gestating alien came out, and we even got a rockin' redeco before 2018 ended. The OSM Cthulhu-Nautilus Rlyehzoth takes the base Cthulhu- Nautilus [FOTD #2,015] and gives it new colors and textures - and an alternate build!

Referencing Kenner's off-model but official Snaggletooth figure,
Pheytooth takes the Pheyden mold and knocks out the shins. It works
nicely - and the shins are here if you need them.
