This figure doesn't have a name - and wasn't actually sold - so we'll just call him the (officially nameless) Brown Crayboth.
Onell Design has dropped in numerous promotional parts and figures,
which is one part awesome and one part obnoxious. As someone who was
collecting every Crayboth, the freebies being distributed randomly
resulted in my chain being broken so now I just grab odds and ends as I
go. I'm always delighted by them, and generally the freebie figures are
